On Thursday, October 17, 2024 the Supreme Court of Nevada will be performing routine monthly server maintenance. The Efiling system will be unavailable from 6:00 pm PDST to 11:00 pm PDST.

Do NOT submit confidential documents or sealed records through the Efiling system.
The Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure have been amended. The amendments are effective prospectively on August 15, 2024, as to all pending cases and cases initiated after that date. The order amending the NRAP is available on the Nevada Supreme Court website and can also be accessed under Case Number ADKT 0580.
