Nevada Courts will conduct scheduled maintenance beginning the evening of Friday, May 8, through the weekend as part of a planned system modernization effort. The Efiling system is expected to function normally by Monday morning.

The Nevada Supreme Court is implementing a new case management system, CTrack Enterprise. The transition will begin on Friday, June 5, 2026, and continue through the weekend. The system is expected to be operational by Monday, June 8, 2026. In the days preceding this transition, there will be delays in processing documents submitted through the electronic filing system and by mail. The Clerk’s Office will work diligently to process documents as quickly as possible. Litigants who need to file emergency pleadings during the transition period should contact the Clerk’s Office for assistance. Additional updates will be provided over the next few weeks.

If you have any questions, please contact the Supreme Court Clerk's office at 775-684-1600.
